With over a decade of experience in the security industry, Elliot brings a wealth of knowledge, operational experience and consistently high standards to his role as Operations Supervisor at WillSecure.

His career has covered a wide range of security environments, including door supervision, major sporting and music events, asset protection and busy nightlife venues. This varied background has given Elliot a strong understanding of how to assess risk, remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to different operational demands.

Elliot also brings more than seven years of experience working on Home Office and government contracts. This work has taken him overseas to a number of different countries and, on occasion, into challenging and hostile environments. These experiences have further developed his ability to operate professionally in demanding situations, make sound decisions and maintain the highest standards of security and safety.

At WillSecure, Elliot plays an important role in supporting day to day operations, working closely with the wider team to ensure our services are delivered reliably, professionally and to the standard our clients expect. His approach is built around professionalism, attention to detail, reliability and finding practical, effective security solutions for every situation.

Outside of work, Elliot is a passionate traveller and has visited more than 100 countries through both his professional and personal travels. He is also a keen rugby and film fan and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
