With over 24 years of experience in the security industry, Tim brings depth, reliability and a calm head to his role as Operations Manager at WillSecure. Persuaded by Director Luke Wills to join the team, Tim was a natural fit thanks to his proven track record working across festivals, live events, gigs and door supervision throughout the South West.
 

Tim’s approach is built on consistency and control. He understands how to manage dynamic environments, lead with authority and make sure every team on the ground is focused and ready. His experience spans high footfall events, nightlife venues and site protection, and he knows exactly what it takes to keep people safe and operations running smoothly.
 

Before entering the world of security, Tim worked in fabrication and welding. That practical background gives him a steady, solution focused mindset that proves valuable on every job.
 

Outside of work, Tim is a devoted movie buff with a serious passion for action films. His favourite is The Expendables, and his collection of memorabilia from the genre is a talking point of its own. Whether it is a rare prop or a cult poster, Tim’s love of cinema reflects his attention to detail and appreciation for strong characters and clear missions.
 

He is also a long time follower of strongman competitions and takes personal fitness seriously, bringing that same drive and discipline to his role at WillSecure.
