With over six years of hands-on experience in the security industry – all proudly served with WillSecure – Matthew has become a familiar and trusted face within the team. His journey has taken him through a variety of roles, from static guarding and event security to door supervision, with standout moments including working on major TV sets, supporting the G7 summit, and playing a part in the Queen’s funeral.
 

Recently stepping into the role of Operations Supervisor, Matthew now works closely with Luke and Tim to oversee the welfare of our staff, manage the mobile patrol team, and make sure every team member is fully trained and ready to deliver the high standards we’re known for.
 

When he’s not keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll probably find Matthew gaming on his PS5, enjoying walks along the beach with his dog, or spending quality time with friends and family.
