With over 20 years of experience in the security industry, Luke brings deep knowledge, sharp instincts, and a genuine passion for doing things right. After working across a wide range of roles and building a strong reputation for reliability and leadership, he decided to take the plunge in 2011 and launch WillSecure.
 

Since then, Luke has grown the company through trust, hard work, and a hands-on approach. He believes in leading by example and is often out on the ground supporting the team and staying close to clients. His ability to adapt, innovate, and build strong relationships has been key to WillSecure's growth across Cornwall and beyond.
 

Never one to sit still, Luke, a proper Cornishman, also has a strong interest in hospitality and enjoys getting stuck into the world of pub management. Outside of work, you’ll often find him attempting to relive the glory days on the rugby pitch although he’ll admit the years are catching up with him.
