Greig brings a unique blend of leadership, energy and hands-on experience to his role as Operations Manager at WillSecure. With over 20 years of combined experience across security, recruitment and management, he is a natural organiser who thrives on building strong teams and delivering dependable security services across a wide range of settings.
 

Since joining WillSecure in 2017, Greig has played a key role in overseeing teams across night time venues, festivals, retail spaces and static guarding sites. His ability to plan, coordinate and respond effectively under pressure makes him an essential part of the day to day operational success of the business.
 

Greig’s background also includes several years in recruitment management, leading branch teams across large regions and handling complex staffing projects. This experience has made him a confident communicator who knows how to match the right people to the right roles. It is a skill that translates perfectly into security operations.
 

Outside of work, Greig is passionate about rugby. He is currently Head Coach of the Supermarine Ladies RFC and previously coached at Swindon College Old Boys RFC. Coaching is more than a hobby. It reflects his leadership style which is clear, motivational and focused on team performance.
