Gareth began his career in marketing and graphic design over 25 years ago, working with both local businesses and national clients to deliver creative campaigns and visual branding that made an impact.

His passion for communication and people eventually led him into the public sector, where he spent several years dealing first hand with customers, creating CRM systems, managing customer service teams and ultimately supporting essential community services!!
 

That experience also opened the door to leadership roles in the private sector, particularly within digital telecare, where Gareth continued to focus on service improvement, team development and making sure people felt supported and understood.
 

At WillSecure, Gareth plays a key role in business development and internal operations. He supports the company’s communications, manages the website and creates content that reflects the professionalism and values of the team. His blend of creative and operational experience helps keep things consistent, clear and customer focused.
 

Outside of work, Gareth manages the bar at Camborne Cricket Club, helping to grow the venue as a sporting and social hub. Whether running events, supporting volunteers or welcoming members, he is committed to helping the club thrive.

Although Gareth does not come from a traditional security background, his work at the Cricket Club has given him a clear understanding of how important security is when organising events, managing footfall and creating a safe environment for everyone involved. That awareness adds real value to his work at WillSecure, helping bridge the gap between frontline delivery and operational support.
