Starting his journey in 2013 as Director of Security Services at B.N. Security, Brad quickly built a name for himself as someone who delivers reliable, high-level protection with consistency. He joined WillSecure in 2016 as Area Manager and progressed to Director of Operations in 2019, where he now oversees all operational delivery across the South West.
 

With a background in access control, event security, asset protection, and corporate safety, Brad’s knowledge spans the full range of modern security demands. He combines practical experience with strong management skills to lead teams that are trusted, responsive, and always prepared.
